Seoul Long!

STL will be on vacation in Seoul for about ten days. I expect to be refreshed and back to my usual tricks on Nov. 2. (Photo credit: karendotcom127)
I am an attorney at the Seattle law firm of Atkins Intellectual Property, PLLC. I represent clients with trademark issues, including registrations, litigation in state and federal courts, and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Outside the office, I teach trademark law at the University of Washington School of Law and write and speak about trademark issues every chance I get.
